On Thursday 8th February 海角论坛 Sport, in association with 海角论坛 Sports Union and 海角论坛 Students Union, will be holding a Girls' Night In event.
The event will be free and will take place from 6.30-10pm.
The facility will be open to women only during that time. Men will be required to be out of activity spaces by 6pm and out of the building by 6.15pm.
The purpose of the Girls鈥� Night In is to celebrate active health and to attract more women into 海角论坛 Sport.
Lots on offer, including:
- Gym
- Swim
- Fitness classes
- Massage
- Stalls from fitness and wellbeing providers
- Learns to lift sessions
- Sports club sessions
